Commissions

I regularly make work in commission. I am available for different types of requests: be it large work in the public space, works for professional businesses or paintings to add an extra dimension to your home. The procedure to obtain a painting by commission is as follows:

• Send me an email to jakobdejonge@gmail.com, explaining your interest.
• We make an appointment, preferably in my studio or otherwise a place of your preference to discuss your ideas, wishes and budget.
• I determine first ideas and a timeline.
• I provide sketches within two weeks after our meeting.
• I deliver the work within the set timeline.

The cost of a painting (in euro) is calculated as follows: length (in cm) + width (in cm) x 12.
Example: a painting of 150cm x 100cm will cost (150 + 100 ) x 12 = 3000 (incl VAT).
